Saturn JAP games TRANSLATION PATCH

I have been burning and playing JAP Saturn fighter games on my USA NTSC Saturn Model 2. I have been looking at JAP RPGs for the Saturn and they look sweet as hell. The only problem is that... ...well, I don't know how to read Japanese, lol.

Is there such thing as a program that can patch English translations onto a JAP ISO game ???

I know that they've been working on patching Shining Force III Scenario 2 & 3 (and the Premium Disk) to be in English. However, I'm pretty sure all the tools are custom built. You can ask around on Shining Force Central (who's currently hosting the project) and see if they have some advice for you.
