It is like World of Outlaws: Sprint Cars(which I once had the benefit of flipping). Who is paying that much for a dated Sprint Cars game?

Hais 100hz Wireless Lightgun - $5.00 BookOff
This works on Enhanced Definition CRT TVs that go up to 480p. Unfortunately will not work on my HDCRT which goes up to 1080i. Ah well, a nice wireless Lightgun just in time for my annual Halloween SD CRT House Of The Dead/Vampire Nights setup while pasing out candy.

SNES Zombies Ate My Nieghbors - $24.99 Ebay Shipped
BookOff had the Genesis version CIB for twenty bucks, but I really wanted the better sound chip SNES version. Had a concern about the radar that the Genesis version shows all the time cutting down the play screen size as shown below.

Image

The SNES floating radar accessed by button works very well. And oooh the sound is crisp even on my Portable Supaboy.

PS3 Child Eden - $6.29 Gamestop
360 Child Eden - $6.29 Gamestop

The inspired follow up of REZ, made by the same team. Couldn't decide on which version, so picked up both. I don't know why so many reviews state due to the imagery on the screen hard to figure out what to shoot at, pretty easy once items are targeted. Both games use standard controller as well as alternate controls. I can try the game on the 360 with a Move Controller looking silly, but I have done workouts with a PS2 DDR Pad and Wii Balance Board with curtains closed of course.

360 Perfect Dark Limited Edition Tin Case- $1.79
Picked up two more CIB copies with just the outer sleeve missing. I still need a couple of the collector cards to complete the series. The remaining collector cards in the series are still eluding me. The hunt continues!

DVD North By Northwest 2 Disc 50th Anniversary - $11.27 Amazon shipped
This is THE Alfred Hitchcock movie to buy if you only was to pick just one title. Rear Window (along with the inspired remake Disturbia) is also well done, I have the single disc version of that movie as well as the Birds and a few others on Laser disc.

DVD Kill Bill Set - $3.00 BookOff
Already have bought the DVDs separately when they first came out. For three bucks to gain the boxed packaged set, couldn't pass up on it. Disappointing there is no new making of material though.

PS2 Energy Airforce
A Flight Sim along the lines of the Ace Combat series, this made by Taito. Wish there is a release of the Arcade Taito Jet Liner sim.

Image

Wii Bash Party - $4.49 Gamestop
Mixed reviews on the follow up of Boom Blox, still a lot of fun!

Wii Create - $4.49 Gamestop
Neat game of build objects to get the entire "Rube Goldberg" contraption working.

Wii Deadly Creatures - $4.49 Gamestop
Interesting different explore "3d Mortal Kombat" type of game with Spider and Scorpion. Human characters voiced by Billy Bob Thorton and Dennis Hopper!

Wii Munchables - $2.69
Pacman Katamari best way to describe this quirky game. Definitely more fun with auto fire engaged on aftermarket controller. I already bought this game quite some time ago. Great price, a collectable years from now? Unfortunately no bonus sticker inside, but I have two in my other copy.

Wii Onechanbars Zombie Slayers - $1.79 Gamestop
This is mindless never ending slash and hack continual onslaught of Zombies. I bought this mainly to see what all the fuss is about with all the incarnations in the PS2 Japanese series.

Entire series review: http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/oneech ... anbara.htm

Wii Wiliams Pinball - $2.69
I have this already (as in many other titles) on the older console. Bought for the couple of add on tables. The triggers of the Wiimote and Nunchuck actuall work well as flipper buttons. Includes an additional table made by the Robotron Creator, Eugene Jarvis!
http://suicidebullets.blogspot.com/2011 ... -1980.html

After 1979's Flash, Williams needed another game that pushed the envelope and got Flash's creator, Steve Richie ( The King Of Flow) and their best programer, Eugene Jarvis, to make one of the best pins of all-time.

1980's Firepower was a return to multiball, but that may be the only old idea on the machine. The sounds are stellar, early electro gun sounds, explosions, bleeps and bloops and just awesome. The art package is very cool - sci-fi, slightly comic book style and even has a bit of a story - you are in a fire fight and need to take down the enemy ship, or ships.

Wii Prince Of Persia Forgotten Sands - $6.29
Having purchased two so far of the original Xbox versions, had to get the Wii followup as well. Completely different game comapared to the other Sands Time.

Wii Sky Crawlers - $1.79
Note the different cover, this was the inside reversabale. Another backup copy, I can't pass up on great game at such a low price. A very well done Flight Sim made so much better with the right controller, a PS1 Duel Flightstick, Sky Crawlers and the Stick a perfect match!

Wii Sonic Colors - $13.49 Gamestop
Nice very fast game that also works with a Classic Controller or with a Mayflash Adapter and PS2 Duel Shock. Look closely at the case in the picture below, this is the uncommon REFLECTIVE case insert cover. Some of the objects on the cover are in metal foil ink, a nice shine. I am guessing a 1st edition of the game? :?:

So... I swore I wasn't going to waste any more money on old video games...

Then this happened:

Yes, it's complete in box with the manual in the clamshell case with hang-tab intact.

I've probably said this on the forums before, but... Back when I was in high school I was randomly in a Toys R Us and noticed some dusty old video games on the bottom shelf of the back wall. One of them was Castlevania Bloodlines, still perfectly sealed, and it was only something like $15 or $20. I'm still very happy about that buy.
