Please share experiences buying on Arcadeforge.net

Planning on getting an SLG 3000. Can't find any on Ebay UK. Anyone ever bought anything from Arcadeforge.net? Are they good guys? What's after-sales like?

That's the official site; They're the guys who designed and produce them. I got a few devices from them last month.
Their old URL - arcadeforge.de still works, tho when you click on stuff it just redirects to .net
All the stuff I bought from them over the years just worked, so I never conversed personally. The guy who talks on the shmups forum seems very friendly and helpful from what I read of his posts.
Everything was well packaged and had a decent shipping time to Canada considering where they came from.
Shortly after purchase I got a couple emails confirming payment and letting me know they shipped.

Planning on building a little tate bartop with a spare monitor and some bits lying around. My mum is coming over next month so gonna order the slg to my mum's and have her bring it over.

I purchased a Sync Strike from them a while back. It is still working great. I never had to contact them for support so I can't really speak to that. The ordering process was easy and tracking was provided. No complaints.
