I was just egging you, but I do have a serious question. What you described as chili is just cooked white beans. Which while good on a hotdog or just a piece of cornbread, is far from a chili. To be a chili it has to contain some form of chili.

Dear God I hope you have never met chili from Cincinnati (not the stripper).

This "chili" is thicker than yogurt.

People treat the place like a Godsend. Always packed, always the same product. You tube "Bill's hot dogs Washington NC" and you will probably be shocked. People flood this place.

Mmmm, skyline chili....

I got a killer deal on a smoker and have been making hickory smoked burgers.

If I just do a basic burger I use 80% lean. A lot of people use like 93%... there's hardly any flavor in that.

But really I'm not that picky about anything.

Thin Crust, Sicilian, Chicago deep dish, I'll eat any of them.
Thin griddle cooked burger or thick flame grilled...

But don't fuck up a Gyro.
