Zelda Link to the Past help?
Zelda Link to the Past help?
Hey. I'm at a part in Link to the Past on the SNES where I don't know what to do. I've just beaten the second dungeon (the desert one with the sand worm boss.) I went north to that mountainous area to get the next pendant. In so doing I ran into a shiny looking square, and when I touched this I turned into a bunny. I can't figure out how to turn back. Does anyone know what to do?
Re: Zelda Link to the Past help?
Stay right around the vacinity of the monster
kicking around the ball. You'll notice in the ground an inprint of light brown
into the otherwise dark brown ground. When you're on this ground, equip the
Magic Mirror the old man gave you, and use it to transport back to the Light
World. If it transports you back to the Dark World, make sure you're north
enough in the light brown area. Once back in the light world, you'll be atop
the area of the mountain called Spectacle Rock, Hope this helps.

Is this your first play-through?
I didn't think it was possible that there were people out there who haven't yet played this game.

Once you got onto death mountain (your current location), an old man took you back to his cave apartment. He gives you a mirror. Once you go through the warp tile, move to the brown circle to the left as a prior member indicated and use the magic mirror. It is the only item you can use while a bunny!
Consoles Owned: Nintendo SNES, Nintendo GameBoy Color, Nintendo GBA, Sony PSX, PS2, PS3, Sega Master, Microsoft XBox

Re: Zelda Link to the Past help?
for my shame I have to admit that I am currently stuck in TWO Zelda games - both Oracle Of Ages and Twilight Princess
'In the end it didn't work out. It was tough, but those were great days and I've never met anybody who regretted buying a Dreamcast.'

OK, use the mirror, got it. I obtained that item already. Maybe later today when I have some spare time I'll give it a shot.
Yes, this is my first play through of LttP, although I admit it's not the first copy I've owned. I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and other places so I've probably gone through 3 copies of the SNES version and one on the GBA (lol.) Untried games have sort of accumulated here over at my place, so I had to make a list of the order I was going to play them in 1) Zelda Link to the Past 2) Resident Evil 4 3) Secret of Mana.
