Also, is ToV in English?
Everyone knows what I am going to vote for this. I feel the same way about Tales as Bone feels about Ys. :P

Also, yes, ToV is in English, both voiced and in text, but only the Xbox 360 version. The expanded PS3 version never made it out of Japan, something I'm still bitter about. *pouts* :?
Same her but only because it gives me a reason to buy a system I never wanted due to my hatred for microsoft(but that's another story) *sigh* :?

Don't get me wrong - I'm no Tales hater. Hell, I even imported Destiny 2 and Rebirth. I'm just losing steam.

Dammit Dave. Don't undo all the lovely sentiment floating about saying it is like the underground segments of Stalker games by telling me it is like Bioshock. :|

You know those parts of Bioshock where there were no enemies, but the ruins of this magnificent city? Where it's quiet... too quiet? That's the part of Bioshock he's talking about. Not the part where Atlas is talking to you or Objectivism is being thrown at you.

I get you. I have had things damaged or ruined by people I thought I could trust before as well as lending things that disappeared until someone cleaned up while preparing to move. I go through cycles of denying, then lending, then denying again. I'm in a cautious lending cycle right now, but only for things that aren't difficult to replace. Not sure I'll lend certain things out again. :|
The only times i lend a game to someone is if they lend some game in return, kind of temporal trade. But still theres really a few people i would let them to take something. I dont remember having a bad experience but i got friends that give stuff away that wasnt theirs.

Well I'll be darned apparently you can play gameboy games on the ds just requires a mod, and i'm half tempted to try it sometime >_>...too bad I don't have a original ds(pretty sure a ds lite won't work).

How do you join the student council in Persona 3? It says to go to your homeroom teacher, but she's not in the homeroom class.

She's in the office I believe. You can't join the student council until an event tells you about it. Like how you got the notification you could now join a sports team.

When it comes to fusing personas, should I just keep fusing every persona I find? Is there any benefit to leveling the lower basic personas?

Leveling hem up gives you additional skills that can be passed on. The current level affects the result of triple fusion (regular only looks at base level). Certain personas give an item when you learn all their skills (look for a heart on the status screen).

All that said, most of those are considerations for the later game. In the early game fusion is the best way to increase your power, so don't be shy.
