What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

True that. It's hard to make bare breasts unappetizing, but somehow Noam managed to make the most awkward sex scene I have had the displeasure of watching.

Yeah but that line from the final battle makes up for it

I wouldn't say so. The most jarring thing in Rise of An Empire is how much worse the effects are this time around. I can think of way too many cases where I could see a seam between the actors and the green screen, and it was just stupid obvious.

And the guy ruined a sex scene with Eva Green in it. Come on!

The effects were so bad, especially the CGI chest muscles. The original 300 came out eight years ago, but the CGI was so much better. Style makes a big difference.

Of all the Craven movies that came out between the period of Scream 3 and 4, Cursed is the best. Though I do love werewolf movies. And Ricci. But honestly, this is really fun. Really good writing. And really great cast.

I really like this one too. It has to be the "R" rated DVD though and not the edited HD release with almost all the gore ripped out. They were harsh as hell with the editing.

I had no idea there was an edit. Yeah I've only seen the R rated version. Not that it's super gory to begin with.

Check out the edit and it will seem super gory. They removed almost everything.

It's only a couple minutes, but it makes a big difference in the movie.

^great site.

Man, that's a huge difference. Shit looks like an edited for TV affair after the cuts. Wow. Great movie in all its glory though.

Yeah, the difference is so huge I skipped the $5 Bluray and paid more for a DVD copy. It is underrated for sure, have you seen the crap they went through making it? A lot of changes were made mid movie, casting, script, it was some ordeal. I saw a little documentary on it. It may be on the dvd extras, I can't recall off hand.

That site is a great reference for purchasing movies in different formats and regions as well as a nice tool for parental reference when it comes to content. I use it all the time.
