Re: Gamer Gate
Without clicking the link or hovering it (on my phone, can't) is it oppression quest? You realize it's satire right?
Edit it is not but that's hilarious. That game does look and sound pretty funny. As long as it is actually a game and not a choose your own adventure text game that isn't trying to capitalize on the suicide of a celeb I'll play it.

I don't know. I was joking because of the double negative in the quote. It's obvious he meant he did not want the game to capitalize on it, but the way it is written suggests otherwise.ZeroAX wrote:Which game did that? :Sjp1 wrote: So, you want them to try and capitalize on the suicide of a celeb?

Re: Gamer Gate
Depression quest was released on steam the day that Robin Williams killed himself. Which I think in and of itself is a scummy thing to do. I don't think the game is going to really going to help anyone with depression and actually trivializes depression but that's me.
I'm not really going to comment on the game more than I have, go "play" it for yourself. I mean it is free and did win some awards, even beating out Papers Please.
