Hey I'm actually not asleep yet, been on ebay the last couple hours queuing up stuff for tomorrow night to go online. I've decided to part with hundreds of dollars of NES, SNES gems, Wii MP Trilogy and some other stuff for now.
Toad Tracker I am interested in, did actually enjoy that part of the Mario game it came from quite a bit. It's a puzzle but not really, it's just interesting.
I'm not certain they'd do a 3DS player on Wii U, I mean it could handle it, but so far their answer seems to be that oddball way they got DS games working on that tablet. It would be good, but since I have a 3DS it wouldn't impact anything. If the 3DS actually could just interface in any game with the WiiU that would be good as a plus.
Crono I'm not anti-download, it's just I have enough real games at this rate and with stuff trickling out I do want, they take a huge back seat. The fact Nintendo handles them like the stone age still bugs me too. I'm not going to up and sell it in the next month or two I don't think. I know Hyrule Warriors is out shortly, and I was utterly SHOCKED to see actual TV ads for that, you know since NIntendo doesn't run those for the system which would be wise. I'm not sure I'd buy it, I can't get into the Warriors format trying the 3DS title and the Wii one too. Devils whatever looks maybe ok. Project Cars I'd take on PS4 if I got it. Bayonetta may be one to buy, it's not my usual fare but you get 2 games for the price of one, but I just don't want to buy it and use it like 2hours and forget about it like a pity buy to support Nintendo. Smash Bros I have no interest on at all for WiiU, 3DS will be enough since I don't play it online, it has the fluff to keep it engaging. I'm not arguing steady releases or not, but it's what the releases are. I do think depending how they do it Starfox could be great, but if they 'special feature' it up like the DS game to use the hardware that'll be a turn off.

"Real" games? Alright.
This is what they've talked about so far https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BwdnYR-IMAAGFhv.jpg:large, I'm sure you've seen it before.
I don't really understand the "buy the system for game x then sell everything after" mentality. That's never made sense to me in any way.

I didn't do that (have 10, sold a couple before), I wouldn't do that, buying a system for X game then bailing is a waste of money and time. I've seen that list. It is kind of what has me concerned. The list of maybes there is: Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta, Capn' Toad, Yoshi, 'Giant Robot', Starfox, Xenoblade, and Zelda all through 2015 that's known so far.
Of that Starfox and I think Captain Toad would be the only definite buys. Zelda has jumped into a space I'm not digging like I used to, but it could be good still. Xenoblade too little is known, probably get it but I can't say. As to the others, falls into the buy to have something to do thing which isn't a good thing as the motivation then is lacking to get the value.
I don't call digital downloads (long term rentals) real games. You get nothing physical, you have NO rights to what you paid good money for, and you're at the mercy of it going away in a few years or more whenever it's dropped for whatever reason. Tack on the Nintendo bind games to system policy and it's not something I tend to support.

I've been kind of watching that through here while working. I'm not honesty sure what to think. The combat looks interesting, maybe a little slow, and it's odd that enemies can kill you with moves but not even be near or strike you, yet you see them make a piercing strike to the ground near by with no splash effect. Overall the world looks large, maybe too large as it looks like you'd take a lot of time just walking around New LA there or the overworld trying to figure out where exactly to go. It does look as I said interesting so I'll want to see how it develops. I did pass on the Wii Xenoblade since it looked bloated and because the Wii disgusted me by that point but I'm most likely going to snap that one up anyway on 3DS.
Off that link I caught some play of Hyrule Warriors. I'm kind of warming up to that one, I was on the fence. I had that early launch 3DS game, never really bothered with the type before on Playstation just seen it, and I had the Wii title too but never got to playing that one either. It seems like it could get nasty, but also fun with the environment.
