The one that was on Friday (when it came back on after months) was about a Chinese Sorcerer, voiced by James Hong, released from a Chinese dagger, named "Ho Chan". And gave powers to some minions to help him return to physical form, Lightning, Thunder, and Wind.

I just discovered Sherlock. Watched the first two seasons over the weekend.
More recently I was introduced to Japanese dramas, I watched one called Samurai High School which was a comedic short series about a high school student who gets possessed by his ancestor's spirit after reading a strange book. As it turns out the ancestor was a Samurai.
