A little update on notable upcoming 3DS games and release dates:
Super Smash Bros. 10/3/14
Fantasy Life 10/24/14
Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal 11/11/14
Pokemon Omega Ruby 11/21/14
Persona Q 11/25/14
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate 3/31/15
I can't help but wonder if this year's noticeable lack of third party 3DS development might mean devs have been working on New 3DS exclusives instead? The mind ponders.

Saw this on somebody's twitter and saw reactions.

Inside looks nice but the outside reeks of laziness. Sheer laziness.
Thoughts?

The outside looks like shit and I don't understand why it couldn't mimic the NES's console design instead.MyNameIsVince wrote:Saw this on somebody's twitter and saw reactions.

Agree. It's completely lazy design.MyNameIsVince wrote: Inside looks nice but the outside reeks of laziness. Sheer laziness.

Plus, it's the old model, when we know there's a replacement coming.
Re: Nintendo 3DS
Ok now I'm leaning towards the XL again, I like the NES controller design. I also miss that special GBA I had too once, damn shame to get a clean scratch free one is like wallet rape now.

Perhaps Nintendo's trying to come up with clever ways to sell off the remaining 3DS XL hardware before shifting into hardcore New 3DS mode.isiolia wrote:Plus, it's the old model, when we know there's a replacement coming.

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Wow I misread that, it's still the old 3DS. Damn them and their awful naming, someone says three 'new 3ds' and I think NEW 3DS, not 'a new 3ds.' Grr.
Re: Nintendo 3DS
my kids are hooked again on the 3ds. just downloaded smash bros for both 3ds and now I need to buy a 3ds for myself. I'm getting a 3ds xl version though. lol its funny how my kids took their systems back once I got some good games for it and showed them how great a 3ds is after the fact they gave them to me for Christmas last year
If anyone knows any good sales going on let me know on a 3ds xl
