What? I've never dealt with that before. I can get to offline mode with no internet and do so on the regular.

Oh, maybe that's changed in recent years. I haven't done it in a long time. It used to be to go into off-line mode, you had to successfully log in, turn on off-line mode, and restart Steam in off-line mode.

Ah yea that would suck. Now it just says that it can't connect and asks if you want to try again or start in offline mode.
