I waited forever but finally jumped in on Mega Man 9 and 10.
Fired up 9 and...I really still suck at these games. Need to do some reading. Love the old school aesthetic though.

That is probably one of the easiest games I played. Not to brag.darsparx wrote:Playing some bugs bunny birthday bash, man for a nes game it has great graphics though i'm stuck on stage 3 round 2...I don't think I'm going to be able to play anymore before I ragequit because I suck at timing and such it seems to get where I need to go now
You die a lot, but you basically have a zillion lives to make up for it so you can just plow your way through.

Nes - A boy and his blob and Megaman 2
Arcade - Wonder boy III- Monster Lair.
and an isometrical ZX Spectrum game called Sweevo`s World.

The problem is I never seem to be able to get all those extra lives that apparently make it easier for others(it's seriously once in a blue moon when I do end up winning at the bonus games..). I know even avgn says it's so freaking easy but I'm apparently doing something wrong like i do in every 2d and 3d platforming game I ever playdogman91 wrote:That is probably one of the easiest games I played. You're confused that you played them or they in themselves were confusing?G-Darius wrote:and some very strange platformers on the sharp x68000
Playing a bit of Fez.
It's definitely a platformer with a twist.
Took a while to warm to it but now I'm really enjoying it.
