Sure, but bead spriting is time consuming just to let you know,. First you need to buy your materals, callahan13 on ebay is the BEST place to buy http://stores.ebay.com/BakersKidsCraftsBooks-More

I would buy the 50,000 bead set with about 6 peg boards, your also need an iron so if you dont have one like me go take your grandma's like i did. make sure you know what kind of sprites your going to make so you know what colors to get and make sure to get at least a bag of each color and extra black like 5,000 black...

next get your sprite sheet http://sdb.drshnaps.com/SpritesNeoGeo.htm

sonic sprites http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=htt ... image&cd=1

Then use something with zoom, like paint shop so you can see every pixel. when your done put parchment paper on your sprite and iron it.

for more info go to http://beadsprites.informe.com/index.php

Also the farther away you are, the better they look.... so they make for a great border around the top of a room

Fourthed. My friend at Gamecrazy makes these "mostly SMB3 themed" but nothing as detailed as yours. Very cool, very cool indeed.
