I thought you were talking about Spirit of Speed 1937 by the infamous LJN. Although that is definitely another DC racing game to avoid.

Looks like EOS only received a PAL release. By Titus. Which is almost a shovelware company like LJN.

I don't really look to the DC for racers but my favorites are probably Hydro Thunder and Rush 2049. I used to love Vigilante 8 but upon further review it's really hampered by the lack of a stick to control the camera.

As much as I love Sega I find their first party racers to be really bland.

I thought Buggy Heat was fun. It's pretty simple arcade racing like Daytona USA, just off-road.

F355 Challenge is one I have tried so hard to get into and can get nowhere ,I do prefer sims to arcade racers but it is just to difficult for me so if you have little patience it might be one to avoid

Am I seriously the only one here that likes Demolition Racer??? O_o

Ahh man, how could I forget Re-Volt and Flag to Flag. Both are such fun games to play.

I also think Mag Force Racing wasn't too bad, and I actually had lots of fun with Surf Rocket Racers. The latter looking real pretty.

Demolition Racer is great fun, but I prefer the arena style carnage to the actual racing.
