I hope not...I hate download only games...unless it's a crossbuy with either vita or ps4 getting the other as a digital, then I may like it

well Xseed will probably localize it, and they do awesome physical releases on niche JRPGs

After making that post I saw that about the PS4 too. I'm in, if it's on disc, or I find a crazy cheap sale price on it as I detest download only, you have no ownership rights to stuff you throw your money away on.

Given that XSEED brought Trails In The Sky to gog.com, I'm hoping they do that with the rest of their catalogue and future releases, so that it's DRM Free and you do have some ownership rights.

I hope games show up on as many platforms as possible. That way more people can buy them in any particular form they want.

Hope to see JRPG's make a nice comeback this gen. They've been out and about, but there seems to be a bit of a resurgence again lately.

Nobody wanted sequel installments of Mana and Breath of Fire on phones... definitely hope to see more than Final Fantasy return to the consoles.

The traditional JRPG/action-RPG scene was extreme strong during the 7th gen... but they were all on handhelds. And that's where I'd prefer them to stay, to be honest.

I must disagree as I never touch handhelds.

It's always made sense though with that being more Japan's thing thesedays.

I'll go with marurun in this case, I'm completely okay with handheld ports to consoles. Just let me play on my TV with a controller!!!
