Exhum and everyone else thanks for the tips. Ive playing Pokemon and yes night and difference with that back light screen. Yes the unit is flawless almost like its new. I still did email the seller more curious to see what he says at this point. I will update whenever he/she responds back.

Funny, that is what happened too when I got into the highest difficulty in Ouendan / Elite Beat agents (the targets get smaller but after a bit I didn't notice while playing).
Im hoping i will to but yes them buttons are small..

Re: DS or Advance SP?
There's no such thing as a "black Cobalt". All Cobalts are the same; a blue top and a black bottom.
This is a Cobalt:

This is an Onyx:

If the seller sold you an Onyx but had a picture of a Cobalt in the auction, you got swindled.

Re: DS or Advance SP?
I think it is called black cobalt because the top is cobalt and the bottom is black. There is no ambiguity though that if the title is Cobalt it is referring to the top picture of Exhuminator because:
1. Cobalt (the element) is historically used to make blue pygments (pottery, glass) which leads to some blues being referred as Cobalt or Cobalt blue. It makes no sense for a shiny, exclusively black DS to be referred to as Cobalt.
2. The shiny black DS is correctly called Onyx Black, as Exhuminator points out.
3. The official name for the blue top DS is Cobalt/Black

So whether intentional or not, if the listing was for "Cobalt black" AND the picture in the listing is the blue top version, there is no question the mistake is on the seller.
Whether you want to try for a replacement or not I'm not sure (maybe ask just for a partial refund?).
The Onyx black is on the top 3 coolest looking DS as far as I'm concerned (the other two are the Cobalt and the Crimson ones, for my taste those 3 look the best).

I agree the Onyx looks the nicest physically.
All three you mentioned are great aesthetically in the sense that they have black surfaces around the top and bottom screens, which helps the displayed images stand out more in a contrast sense from the physical device itself. The best thing about the Cobalt and Crimson models from a hardware sense is that the bottom halves of the units have matte plastic. They don't have the hard glossy plastic bottoms that makes your hands sweat and get all greasy, such as the Onyx and other models do.

I thought that as well the black/cobalt referred to the one on top pic that Exhum posted.
Okay, I am sorry, I did not know there was a difference, we actually listed this item by scanning the UPC code and that picture actually came from eBay's stock photos which is linked to the UPC code. So I will have to alert eBay there is an issue with that stock photo and UPC code.
Im leaning towards just keeping it I suppose...
Meh!

If I were you, Bacardipr05, I would start setting up an eBay auction and use that selfsame UPC code to see if the incorrect picture actually does come up.
