Thanks! I couldn't find a translation of Megami Tensei If... however.Ack wrote:I would add Der Langrisser, the Fushigi no Dungeon games, and the Popful Mail port. You might also consider mentioning Megami Tensei if..., Last Bible III, and the Majin Tensei series to appeal to the MegaTen fans.

Yeah, I don't know if there is one, I just figure you should take a few seconds of the video when showing the Megami Tensei games to also say those others exist.
Re: SNESdrunk reviews
How about Lennus 2? I've been really curious about that one.

Re: SNESdrunk reviews
Well I will certainly be watching these videos. Super Famicom RPGs are kinda my thing.
Looks like you hit all the big ones on your list. Even the anime games! Personally, I would also include the Cyber Knight games and Dual Orb II. Some good info here:

Lennus II is also a good pick, as it's the sequel to Paladin's Quest - a game that was released in the US.

Ah, right on, good idea to mention it. Also I'm not sure how to handle the Dragon Quest games since they're all pretty much available (and somewhat popular) on other platforms now. They'll get a mention obviously but I'm not sure much more is necessary.Ack wrote:Yeah, I don't know if there is one, I just figure you should take a few seconds of the video when showing the Megami Tensei games to also say those others exist.
That's Paladin's Quest 2, right? Will doXeogred wrote:How about Lennus 2? I've been really curious about that one.
Thanks man, and again thanks for the awesome resource with all the details. And I've always loved Slayers and Tenchi Muyo so I gotta include those games.BoneSnapDeez wrote:Well I will certainly be watching these videos. Super Famicom RPGs are kinda my thing.

Ah, Weaponlord. You forgot to mention the game is also hard as fuck. Not only will it hand you your ass, it will have chopped it off first in a brutal, bloody display, and instead of handing it to you, it will drop it. And then, while you scramble and scream trying to get your ass off the floor and get to the hospital, it will then chop your head off, split your skull in half, and juggle your brain for a 20+ hit combo.SNESdrunk wrote:Tuesday, August 26, 2014 - Best Multiplayer Super Nintendo Games, Part 2
And that's on Easy difficulty.
Re: SNESdrunk reviews
The choppy animation doesn't do anyone any favors. But it's definitely a change of pace from the SF/MK/KI kind of stuff.

This game looks pretty awesome. Great reference of an MST3K movie early on. And did I see right, or is there actually English dialogue in the game?SNESdrunk wrote:Tuesday, September 2, 2014 - Iron Commando: Koutetsu no Senshi
