Yeah, same here. He was told by a preschool teacher in January that he's "already ready for Kindergarten" and he's basically been obsessing about it nonstop for the past 8 monthsprfsnl_gmr wrote:

He could barely sleep last night, and I've never seen him more excited about anything…including Christmas mornings.
I just hope that his enthusiasm isn't curbed too much and that his excellent progress (he's reading some stuff at Grade 2 level and can do plenty of math including basic multplication, w00t!) isn't stunted.

I'm pretty sure every generation has taken pictures of the kiddos on their first day of school.
