It's a video of the shooting. What a bizzare video, it's chaotic, like a warzone. You see all these youth confornting the police screaming at them, the police trying to diffuse the anger and mr.grant continously walking up to them, shouting whatever. And the police shouting back and then suddenly they throw him on the ground handcuff him and moments later BANG BANG.
Mind boggling. It's murder at worst and manslaughter in the least. I can not figure out why a police officer espically with witnesses and most likely without the taint of corruption just kill an already subdued man. People should post up different videos of the situation.

I think this situation will turn out to be different. Typically cops accidently shoot people out of mistake of fact or due to corruption. Mistake of fact charges recently tend to be aquitted(blame the jury). However this seems to be cold-blooded murder or in the least manslaughter. Riots occured yesterday, over 100 people were arrested and an entire street was looted and cars were set on fire.
If the DA's office for some odd reason refused to charge the cop criminally, I think they would be pressued into it. I hope the cop will stand trial.

I've seen so many videos of cops shooting dead people they already have subdued and on the ground. It's fucking insane.

Anyways like I said I think the officer will be charged and today he was arrested. He's looking at second-degree murder/manslaughter. I can't wait to see what his defense for killing the man, his intent/mentality. Maybe he'll plea insanity.
