reference cards for Trap Gunner? (Psx)

I did not know this but apparently two doublesided reference cards where included with Trapgunner for the Playstation. I got a used copy of this game and these reference cards where not included

Would love to find some scans of these cards. Maybe someone have this game and can scan these cards? Thanks
