That RGB SCART - Component box seems like it's decent, and the best you're gonna get at that price. It has good reviews on Amazon. Two thing worth noting though...
One: It doesn't output audio, which is kinda stupid (it would cost pennies more to output Audio L and R via RCA jacks). But this being the case, you need to "break out" the audio one way or another. A year or two ago, I was considering getting this box myself. If I got one, I was planning on mounting two RCA jacks right on the case for audio output. You're only other option is to use a SCART cable that breaks out the audio, either by buying one or making one.
Two: The color levels need some fine tuning, it isn't perfect out of the box. There's some trim pots inside that you can adjust the color levels with. A lot of people report the colors looking really off out of the box. There's a high rated review on Amazon that explains it...
You'll need a small phillips screwdriver, because almost undoubtedly you'll have to pop the box open when you get it and adjust the output - people have said their colors were all out of whack using this right out of the box, and mine was no different. You make these adjustments by putting in a game with a good mix of colors on screen and fine tune until everything looks right and the whites don't have a tinge. Don't worry: I'm not a technical person, but it's fairly simple. You'll see a few little plastic pots you can adjust with the screwdriver: the one closest to the component out adjusts green vs. blue (one way is more green, the other more blue), and the pot closest to the SCART adjusts the red. I don't know what the others are so you probably shouldn't mess with them.
