How do you clean a keyboard?

I use my shutdown button a lot on my Vista PC. Since I hate the fact that you have to press 3 buttons to just shut down (as the default action of pressing the shutdown icon just puts it to sleep, and before anyone says I know you can change it but I'm used to just pressing the shutdown button on my keyboard there is little point in changing it). The Calculator button also gets heavy use.

i use a foaming ammonia-based cleaner (like resolve or a glass cleaner) and just spray the keyboard on the front, get into the keys with a paper towel or q-tip, let it dry, then go for it. works great for me. obv unplug the keyboard.
