I used to really be adamant that summer was June to August. After going to University where sometimes Fall term didn't begin until October, it kind of changed my opinion on it.

It would make sense to go by the actual season dates and just say everyone got a head start in May and June.

Progress has slowed down a bit for me since my boyfriend is visiting for a few weeks, so I was only planning just trying to beat OoT... but if we have until Sept 23rd, maybe I'll be able to knock a few more than that off my list. (especially since most of them are pretty short)

Anyways, I did manage to beat the Forest Temple and the Fire Temple woot. I didn't like either really... I don't like having to run around, looking for keys. What always happens is I miss one key, have to go back (sometimes a fair distance back), get missing key, and go all the way back to where I was before ><;

Oh well, those are finished now, and now I am past where I was stuck at before :) Not sure what where I need to go to next though...

Played a little more Tactics Ogre. Just skipped over the sidequest I was stuck on before, I can't be bothered. I like the game, but I'm ready to finish it now, I've had my fill.

Luckily, I think I am coming up to the end. Tons of sidequests opened and I'm about to storm castle Heim which I reckon will probably not be the final section of the plot, but probably the penultimate one.

My party for those who have played (12 units):
Denam - Ninja
Generic Ninja
Generic Archer
Sara (named generic) - Archer
Generic Enchantress
Sherri - Enchantress
Generic Cleric
Olivya - Cleric
Generic Rogue
Generic Berserker
Generic Valkyrie
Canopus - Vartan

I've been picking up a lot of cool looking units lately, including the 4 sisters (Olivya, Sherri, Cistina, Cerya) and Catiua, but the amount of grinding necessary to get them to be useful is too off-putting so I'm not really using them. Sherri and Olivya are in my team of 12, but really just to fill numbers as right now they're easily outclassed by the generic units in the matching classes.

Man, I've been terrible with this whole thing. I'd like to finish it up with a better total than 1, though--just can't seem to find the motivation.

I started Shadow of the Colossus yesterday. I have no idea why I waited so long to play this game, I've owned it since it came out, and at the time I adored Ico (It's the reason I got this)

I ruthlessly slaughtered the first two colossi and immediately regretted it. I put it away for the time being when I couldn't figure out how to reach the third.

I'm not sure if I can finish all the games I was planning even last post. I gave myself a ridiculous deadline for a personal project that I'm not entirely sure I have the skill to pull off.

No need to worry about meeting the deadline, guys. Even if you only beat one game, the thread gave you the incentive to do it which is the intention.

I don't know if I'll have Skies done by the end of the month but at least it's now sitting inside my DC and not on the shelf it has been on since 2000.

Yeah...

Except I had already started playing the only one I finished before this even began. I am a Cheaty McCheaterton.

I just game overed on the final bossof Tactics Ogre when he had 2 hp left. I am fucking fuming.

This last dungeon and boss encounter is a pile of fucking crap, and it has genuinely ruined the game for me.

I think next chance I get I'll be putting dkc into my gb player....I did finally get past cart carnage. For some odd reason that level always gives me trouble everytime I decide to play the game, and i do mean every freaking time.
