Sadly I can't disagree too much with the list(maybe the numbering, but otherwise pretty much spot on....would love to see a anime version of it though, megaman nt warrior and the spinoffs stateside would have to be on there for me though...)

That looks like a little celebration for the win, just a bit early. It doesn't seem unsportsmanlike. He wasn't all "in you face" after.
