Alas, gone with the wheel. If I use small pliers and try to turn, nothing happens. This is just a shaft to keep the wheel on the pot.

It's funny, when I used a bigger plier and accidentally got two contacts with the pot, I could change the brightness and see a picture - which means the LCD is still fine!
But I certainly need (at least) another wheel to make this work again.

The values of this pot are no secret - 47kOhm.
