Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

This morning, I saw a man, in a shirt-and-tie, driving, presumably to work, in a T-Top "Bandit" Trans Am:

My reaction was, "This should be more common in Charlotte, North Carolina."

.....

BTW, I have driven one of those before, and that car is only feasible in the South Jesusland. It is dangerous enough on anything except dry, straight roads, and I cannot imagine trying to drive it on anything resembling snow or ice.

Yeah, as someone who lives in Atlanta, GA, and is from Alabama, this is what the dress code at work requires I wear:

During casual Friday, this is what we wear:

And on the weekends, we all relax dressed like this:

And we go out in our scrapped-together cars and sing hymns like 'Dixie' and then praise the Lord and chant "Jesus Blaster rules Bartertown" over and over again. And then we get drunk on moonshine and eat people. Yes, that is what life in the South is like. Also racism.

Tucker & Dale vs. Evil is a really fun movie.

.....

Also, you forgot guns. Literally, every man, woman, and child in Jesusland is carrying a gun at all times...and they are probably carrying two if they are riding on a Wal-Mart scooter.

SECON' AMENMUNDT!!!!

Well yeah. Are you saying in Canada they don't know the sweet, empowering joy of having guns?

Wait, what else don't they have? Cotton? Weekly cross burnin's?! Reaganomics?!?!?!?!?!

Y'all are killin' me.

And
SECON' AMENMUNDT!!!!
might just be the most hilarious southern drawl I've ever seen written out. The way it sounded in my head when I read it almost made me do a spit take.

Also, Paula Deen!

Just remember, you can't spell "SECON' AMENMUNDT" without "AMEN"!

(This often passes for "wit" here in Jesusland.)
