Holy hell long time no talk

Post by JsGameRoom »

Hey guys... I don't know if any of you remember me..
This was my old gameroom

Hell the last time I posted on here I think I lived in Florida.

Since then I lived in Nevada, California, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Montana, North Dakota and finally settled in South Carolina.

Now that I'm settled I'm getting back into games, comics, etc etc.. I ended up buying two houses.. and hated the upkeep, so settled down in a nice 2 bed 2 bath lake front apartment.

And I'm starting basically a slight " rebuild" if you can call it that of a "man cave" aka "man house"

I'll update with pics along the way! Nice to be back!

It's been nuts.. The last time I posted.. Let's see.

Had the game room...Was engaged.. had a great house.

Gameroom Gone, Fiancee Gone, house gone. Moved to Vegas for a while and lost my frigging mind.

Got my dream job in California... 3 months later the entire department was laid off. Moved back to Vegas lost my mind..and somehow got engaged again.

Decided screw it... I'm going to go work on the oil rigs for a year or so... Apparently women don't like when you work 120 hours a week out of state, so that fiancee is gone. Lived all over the country really.. Realized in the first post I forgot Texas, Lousiana, and West Virginia.

Randomly one day woke up and said.. "Money isn't everything" Packed my car last November and moved to South Carolina. Bought a house in the middle of nowhere on 4 acres.. and bought a rental property, and somehow I ended up working 120 hours a week again between my job.. the rental, and fixing up my house.

About a week ago, I said " I'm done".. It's finally time to relax. So now I do my 8-5 Mon-Fri job... and I have taken a step back and actually get to enjoy life.

There's alot more stuff that happened, but I'll save the details. Theres a thread "somewhere" on the internet about my adventures, but they aren't good haha. Glad to be back!

The life lesson here is jobs will come and go, but Earthbound will always be there for you.
