That's a system that makes more sense given the current state of US internet service.
Have: Sega Genesis, SNES, Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Atari 800XL, PC, N3DS XL, Wii U, GBA, Xbox One, Switch

How would they do that? I believe it's doing processing on the backend. The rendering is not done by the PS4.

That's how nook study works(b&n's textbook service that lets you buy and rent textbooks for reading for school and such). It basically downloads it and then times it out once the rental is over(at least that's the way it seems that it downloads it in some way)

See my post above yours, the processing isn't done on the client-side. It's not like reading a digital book, it's asking it to play a game that no client-side emulator exists for.

Does it cost money to try out the games in the beta?
Re: Playstation Now Streaming Game Service Coming this Summe
Yes, it does. I went in and scrolled around the games with the intention of trying something out, but I couldn't bring myself to pay for anything. The pricing scheme is weird and kind of diabolical. If there was a game I really wanted to play, I'd probably do the 7-day rental. That seems like the best value/deal. But then again, if I really want to play it, I'll just buy it for real.
