Damn, I had to google that. That is nasty. You should be ashamed for even knowing that. "Get off my lawn!"

You have to admit it was topical, though.

I'll concede that point. Shamefully.

I got up early enough to make shakshuka. It's almost like a pasta sauce with eggs, only with cumin and peppers. You can either crack the eggs on top and then finish it in the oven or lightly baste the egg with the sauce without breaking the yolk.

Either way you do it it's tasty. BREAKFAST, WOOOO!

I almost always forget to eat breakfast :(

When I don't forget, I eat... yogurt and tea. Such an amazing breakfast woot.
Seriously though, I can't usually eat too much in the morning anyway because my stomach is so fussy ><;

My stomach doesn't want anything in it when I first get up either. After usually about 30-60 minutes I'm ready to eat something. Oddly, it doesn't matter if I went to bed hungry.

Yeah that's about the same with me. I can usually eat yogurt, bananas, or oatmeal straight out of bed, but anything other than that is no good.

That's funny, I'm the same way. I can't eat at all when I first get up. If it's my day off, and I'm just lounging around doing nothing, I usually end up going half the day without eating. On days that I work, as soon as I start working I start to get hungry.

I've lived my life hearing breakfast is "the most important meal of the day...".

I like breakfast foods, but I don't eat breakfast.

I get up at 7-8a or so every day and will rarely eat anything before 2pm. I'll have a glass or two of water, but no food until then - even then i'm not hungry.

I used to do this, actually I wouldn't eat at all except one big meal at night. These days on 1600-1700 calories total I am hungry when it is time to eat. The real annoying part is that I don't particular enjoy breakfast still...I just eat for sustenance. I am underweight right now, in fact less than I have weighed since I was 14 years old, but health issues require dietary restrictions. I've probably lost a good 30 pounds of muscle in the last 4 months.

I have no idea why I decided to just share all that. :lol:

I guess I get to live vicariously through these food threads a little. I can't even touch the drink threads since I gave up alcohol entirely 18 months ago.
