Ah, I'll have to look up when PRGE is this year.

I'll be in Portland for the Fleetwood Mac concert. But I think I'm taking an early train out the next morning, so I probably wouldn't have time to snag any interesting food.

Had a muffin this morning, which is basically a tiny cake.

I usually wouldn't eat a muffin, but I had Bible study and wanted to support the business where we meet. But man, that muffin made my stomach feel like I had swallowed a tire.

Yup. I'll be getting some.
Ok seriously, pardon me for being frank, but please stop telling us ever time you are intimate with your wife. We don't care and it's getting irritating to read about it all the time. I've had others bring it up to me as well, so I know it isn't just me. I mean seriously, if we ran into her at the store we could pipe up with a "So how was that fuck session with Luke last Tuesday?" and be right on the money that it happened. I doubt she'd be enthusiastic about other people knowing exactly when and how often.

Wow, I was not expecting that in the breakfast thread. Sorry if it wasn't meant to be funny but I couldn't help it. I haven't personally been offended by (or even noticed) any intimate details from Luke...so, please don't take this as me getting in on that particular conversation. I just wanted to note that when you are reading about cereal, bagels, pancakes, and such a post like that is a shot right to the gut. It caught me off guard and I had a laugh. So, even if it wasn't intended, thanks Hobie for the laugh, and thanks Luke for sharing all your "sessions" that led up to that.

Personally, I say good for you Luke...but Hobie just channelled Mozgus on you.

EDIT for clarity:

I'd like to set the record that I didn't mean to disrespect Hobie at all. I really did just get caught off guard and find it funny. I'm not personally bothered by your exploits or your choice to share them. However, if Hobie or others are, then he is just doing his job with a little bit of levity.

I honestly believe it is more the alpha dog type thing that bothers some folks. I'm not making any judgments on you Luke but just remember there is a thin line between confidence and arrogance and it isn't one that is hard to misread on an internet forum.

You seem like a good dude, and I know you didn't ask for my opinion (and I stupidly inserted myself in the middle), I would just like to say that it isn't hard to be misunderstood on a forum. I never seem to come across as I want for example. Pride in your wife, loving your wife, loving your wife, etc...are all positive things. She is lovely by the way, so I see why you feel like you do. It could however be interpreted at times as a bit pompous and callous, not to mention demeaning towards women. Please understand that these aren't things I'm accusing you of, I don't even know you...It's just something that can be seen from third parties who might be willing to do you the favor of being candid.

The Mozgus thing wasn't a knock either. I liked Mozgus although I did not know him personally. I enjoyed his frank nature.

So, that is my unsolicited two cents. I'll learn one day to shut my mouth. Who wants to bet I set the record for longest post in the breakfast thread?

Ok, sorry to make things awkward. Back on topic?

I had Special K "Protein" with unsweetened almond milk. This is what I eat almost every day for breakfast. Sometimes I am a rebel and have a different brand of Special K or even some Fiber One.

Thanks duder.

Trust me; If I mentioned every time I was "intimate" with my wife I'd have a lot more posts. So Scott can fly a kite, apparently solo. I'm not graphic, just having a lust for life and fun on the forum.

You do realize, though, that you are the only dude who regularly (ever?) posts about having sex with their wife or partner (or with anyone at all, for that matter)? It just seems a bit over the top sometimes, like you are trying to compensate for something or have this need to let us know...what, exactly? You certainly aren't the only person on here who regularly "gets it on," but you do seem to be the only one to regularly tell us about it.

I mean, this is pretty nuts: http://racketboy.com/forum/search.php?k ... mit=Search

which is more than 10% of all the forum posts that use that word at all

At least make it a challenge man!

Original post edited for clarity. Please don't take offense, it is with best intentions if not well implemented. I don't presume to know you, or your character so it is meant as "in general". I just didn't want to be lumped in with the snide comment towards Hobie, so I had to set some things straight.

The other 90% came from Inazuma telling someone they were stupid for having one.

Oh, breakfast...sorry.

Plates of humiliation, humble pie, cheese grits, etc...
