What was the last movie you've seen?

The humor is very "Family Guy", albeit in a noticeable R-rated way and without cutaway gags.

It seems like lately movies seem to run up to around 100-130 minutes long and like many of them, Ted would have benefitted from a shorter runtime.

Seconded. I DL'd it on PSN, and was definitely not disappointed.

SHANE

Watch this every couple years and never disappoints.

Before there was Ryan Gosling, there was Steve McQueen, and before him, James Dean, and before him there was Alan Ladd. Those are the 4 guys who could end my marriage.

The Raid 2 rocks. I know I've watched a great martial arts movie when it's hard for me to decide what my favorite action sequence or fight was

It's probably the most fun I've had watching a martial arts movie since I saw Chocolate, and The Raid 2 blows that movie away.

I just wanted to see what people thought about this absurd abomination of a retro game infused action comedy starring Adam Sandler, Peter Dinklage and that annoying snowman from frozen.

I honestly don't know what to say. I am at a loss for words.

How can you not like Josh Gad? He was the original Brother Cunningham.

Josh Gad and Dinklage are cool. It's just that Sandler is such a shitheel he alone is tipping the scales from "looks cool" to "kill it with fire!".

Cypress Shadows

I came across this dubbed TV film and decided to sit through it. It's always interesting to see dramatised machinations of social life in other communities. I've been itching for new Iranian cinema after 2011's classic A Separation.

Just rented the Lego Movie. That was adorable, and went places I didn't expect.
