At least Americans can't complain about the low score anymore
To be fair Germany is playing the game of its life and 3/5 of those goals were scored when your team had emotionally collapsed....but yeah, not coming back from this one sorry.jfrost wrote:Incredibly pathetic display. Neymar wouldn't have made a difference.

I haven't seen anyone capitulate so badly to the German's since 1939. Awful awful display.
Re: World Cup 2014!
I never realised how critical the coach is till now. Algeria's Halilhodžić managed to put up a good fight against Germany, whilst Scolari has failed miserably.

He's also the guy who lost twice to Greece in 2004 (he was the coach of Portugal) so take that as you willPulsar_t wrote:whilst Scolari has failed miserably.

Actually fuck off. This is insane. There has never been a game like this before. Scolari might have to emigrate for his own safety.

He can team up with Roy Hodgson on that one.ZeroAX wrote:He can at least get a job giving seminars on how to fail so badSload Soap wrote: Scolari might have to emigrate for his own safety.

This has been an absolute shelling. I mean I have felt very confident about Germany all along winning this. I really worry about the social upheaval in Brazil after this. I worry about Germany going into the finals after such a showing, it's not like it's been that challenging.

I think it's more the fault of your players than the coach.Sload Soap wrote: He can team up with Roy Hodgson on that one.
Logic tells me that Germany should win it, regardless of who the opponent is. On the other hand Germany has failed way too many times in the past decade to win anything, so who knowsBlu wrote:I worry about Germany going into the finals after such a showing, it's not like it's been that challenging.
