A room without an air conditioner around here is consider an unliveable environment  (not kidding)

In our concrete homes, I really have a hard time knowing if it is hot, cold, or sandy outside. As long as you stay in, you are protected from the weather whatever it is.
Where I live, air conditioning is common for most. A lot of places in the US, especially in the northern half, don't use air conditioning at all because it usually isn't hot enough to need it.

This is why Michigan both sucks and rocks. We have very distinctive seasons. Are summers are usually Hot (in the 90 degree range) and our winters are very cold and snowy. It doth suck, but I couldn't imagine having it any other way. I'm a masochist!

Your sarcasm is eluding me.
Kelvin is a temperature scale based on absolute zero. 30 Kelvin is equal to about -243 Centigrade and -405 Fahrenheit.
