Okay I do understand that you burn them exactly like sega Saturn games, but I just downloaded the Sonic CD iso/mp3 from EmuAsylum, and I cant get it to work right. Ive made three different copies and tried them on my version 2 SCD. Heres the Cue file I made using SCM:
(do note the WAV versioj is exactly the same except for the .mp3 extensions (of course))

Burning a Sega CD game.
That's odd...
Shouldn't it be simular to
"sonic cd"
"sonic cd2"
"sonic cd3"
instead of
"sonic cd"
"music 1"
"music 2"
"music 3"?
Also, file 32 and 33 shouldn't even look like that, I suggest getting another sonic cd iso, mine works just fine, and looks nothing like this. And, yes, they do burn exactly the same.
Edit:
Checked it out, files should look like this:
Sonic CD(the iso)
Sonic CD 02
Sonic CD 03
Sonic CD 04
All the way to
Sonic CD 35
Edit Again:
I guess you could also just rename all of your files. I don't know how it would work though.
I got my iso from coolrom.com, and it works perfect

files names don't matter as long as they match up in the CUE sheet.
If you want a clean CUE sheet to correspond to you files, use the Sega CUE Maker:

If file names don't matter though(thought they did, lol) then he's probably got a bad iso(seeing as how he already uses scm)
I guess I didn't catch that acronym
Maybe you should look on Underground Gamer....

Well, Sega Cue Maker doesn't work on Vista.
edit: If Sega Cue Maker wont open and reports a missing file (Comdlg32.ocx) then follow these directions: http://racketboy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=10106&
