I can't come up with any words that can convey how great this is.

And Contra 4 is great.

And your boss is ridiculous.

I can't either. I'm humbled, jubilant, thrilled...but yeah. It's hard to say how happy my wife and I are.

Contra 4 is great. Should have purchased it a long time ago.

My boss is indeed a cunt. Today she told me I owed her time for my doctor's appointments. I have it recorded.

I have the business contract that clearly states doctor appointments are not questioned nor do they need confirmation from the doctor's office.

I'm free of cancer, and she's getting me shit for it.

My wife, who is the cutest little thing who usually never uses foul language, went on the biggest vocal tirade I've ever heard. It was as if Sam Kinison and Roseanne Barr fucked and that baby's spirit possessed her.

And I have tantrums, but holy shit did she ever blow my mind. I'm talking "Glad my guns are in a safe" stuff. This will be lost on some of you, but when I was a kid one of my favorite toys (besides vidja games) was a cheap plastic rocket that you filled with water, pumped it up with air, and the pressure would send that sucker over fifty feet straight into the air.

That was my wife. Unloading pressure, and red as hot tamale. Something else that was.

Late to the party, but, Luke, very awesome news. I'm happy you don't have cancer.

Isn't it required by HR that, "douchebag" is a qualification for being a supervisor? Most are, from my experience, horrible people. Even if it's due to life circumstances and the machine of business, they've allowed it to define who they are.

Contra 4 ... is OK. :p

Thanks man. Every "Good news" means a lot to me. Seriously.

I have plenty of friends I can hug, but you e-buddies are awesome and really do mean a lot to me (although I haven't posted much lately). You pals, guys, and gals, aren't something you usually find on the net, so I want to reinforce that when someone says "YaY!" about my news it means mountains to me.

No P&L meetings, no doctors' notes required...My Manager is shit.

I'm getting penalized for seeing another doctor and they have never asked to see a note.

Dumb as fuck they are.

I will go on later tomorrow whether you like it or not.

For now I bid you all a "Cheerio!" and a fine ado.

Not lost on me. I was playing with that even after getting my NES months before. Freaking awesome that was.

I just went through one of my storage tubs of accessories and cables and found a ton of stuff that I forgot I even bought. I found 10 N64 controllers, some valuable ones like black and grape so I'm going to sell them and buy a Hori pad or two. I've been wanting to get one for at least 5 years now but never got around to it. :o

It took me an hour with the help of my girlfriend to unravel everything and then have her put rubber bands around it. What a nightmare. I just throw all my finds into a tub when I get home and forget about it seems.

A close friend of mine from high school who was always a prankster and a bit of a dare devil died today train surfing. He was a father to a 6 year old and it pisses me off that he was so careless, while still being so sad that he is gone.

Thanks.

When you get on top of a moving metro train, he apparently was jumping on top of it from between carriages for a photo (while it was stationary) and was electrocuted and died instantly. If you ever knew him, it does not come as a surprise, if you do dumb shit your whole life, eventually something will go wrong.

I feel for his daughter and a her mother (they were both in my group of friends until about 5 years ago).

My grandmother has colon cancer and doctors say she won't make it through. While not in pain or otherwise indisposed, she may not have a long time to live, all we can do now is to stand by her before she goes.

This has been the main cause for my inactivity both here and at my blog, I simply do not have enough drive to write. I've accepted it, I know lamenting oneself won't help her and I'm in a fairly good mood given the circumstances, I simply don't have the will to complain about games or that kind of stuff.
