That could also hurt wild animals, strays and even humans. And if they can't keep their parking lot safe enough because of wing bones maybe they shouldn't sell them anymore.
It's not just near the restaurant it's about a 4 block radius around it, in the busiest, most heavily populated residential area of the city. It isn't an issue about them selling wings, it's about the people that walk in order some wings and walk around just dumping the bones on the ground.

It's bullshit that I have to worry about my dog dying because some asshole threw their trash on the ground. Tell me what sounds better though, having an open dialog with the place that is the root cause of the problem or just not trying to do anything about it. For fucks sake how is trying to make the neighborhood cleaner and safer for peoples pets by asking if someone could look into what they would lose monetarily and seeing if they would be comfortable with it to fix the problem even considered arrogant?

I guess I should just tell my friend who's dog died from a bone that he should have just controlled his dog then right? That hey you shouldn't have moved near a place that serves food that might kill a dog.

Is the problem the people selling the wings or is the problem the people dropping chicken bones on the floor?

Go after the problem.

So Australia was wrong to get rid of all the guns to cut down on gun violence and should have just hired more police to go after criminals?

Ounce of prevention and all that jazz.

In context of ordering wings or opening a wing restaurant, that is brilliant. I'm totally asking for a baker's dozen of wings if I ever go back to B-Dubs.

Still, kinda annoying that it's been edited in the first place. To me it's a little sad that people could take the jokes originally when they came out, but now we've become so butt hurt on most things that even the slightest thing offends people now a days(remember the story that just came out about the man in texas being told to take down the american flag because it "offended" the muslim community at the apartment complex). Heck we didn't even get the pokemon episode where you had the guy with a gun in a cowboy outfit(yet we had all the cowboy and indian stuff for the longest of times). Guess I'm just weird in thinking that people just let too much in movies and shows get to them now a days when it's something like this...

If a bar opened up in an area where there wasn't one before and then you had drunk people acting out within a 4 block radius, you don't think letting the bar know about the situation is an appropriate action? Of course the people who are being inappropriate are the actual problem not the bar, but they can help rectify the situation.

If you have a water hose that is leaking it is way easier to turn off the faucet first before patching the hose. Once the leaks have been fixed the water can be turned back on.

How would you go about fixing the "problem" with the chicken bones?

Water hose analogy is not a good one here.

You could talk to the restaurant about maybe putting up a few signs saying to properly dispose of bones and that littering is a crime. You could then alert authorities to watch out for the people doing it.

And yes Flex, let us turn this into a gun rights debate, that's exactly what this thread needs.

No analogy is perfect. But it does stand that bones won't be thrown if their aren't bones to throw. Whether right or wrong it does stop the immediate problem.

Sure, that part can make some sense. But the point of it was that you had to turn it off to patch and that is where it went off the rails...

With regard to Looney Tunes, at least, the DVD and Blu-ray releases are uncut, uncensored, so it's more a matter of whether or not shorts are in a collection yet or not. Technically, there are very few that are outright "banned", and the complaints seem more to be with already-remastered shorts being put on new collections instead of never-before-included ones. (and that's likely a matter of expense more than anything else)

The edited versions are what had been shown on TV for decades, so practically speaking they're probably what a lot of people are familiar with anyway.
