Making the jump from IT to Fiber is not that difficult from the telecom side of things. The concept is the same, but instead of sending electricity over copper, you are sending a laser over glass. But when you get into complex multi-site setups, like an MPLS, ENS, or EVPL, then things can get tricky.noiseredux wrote:Mike isn't in IT. He works with fiberoptics.

Look behind him noise, cables, possibly of the networking kind, above a 70s Risk set - a staple for any IT bullpen.
