Where can I find a legitimate website that offers free sega saturn quality ISO downloads without registration or misleading false links? Every rom website I have been to is limiting, misleading, and false.

coolroms.com has some direct links to saturn games although some of the links have been removed for legal reasons. snesorama alos has some saturn downloads i think.
You should really be looking into bittorrent or a p2p client to get hold of files like this as sites that provide direct links are breaking the law so they tend not to exist

Agreed, torrents are the way to go here. There's also EmuAsylum, if you're willing to register.
