They also have Windwaker HD on for $25 so I may have to nab that one next week.
Hm, that doesn't seem to be at all locations. However, they do seem to be doing buy two get one free on Wii U this week.
I believe it's only Target Canada that is having these crazy sales. Wii Remotes are $20, Nunchuck's are $10, I got a Pro Controller there for $25 last week. It's awesome!
That's disgusting. Disgusting being a good thing. I'd grab x3 more Pros @ $25 a pop.
I made a nice score thanks to Racketboy. I made it a point awhile back to read up the Racketboy rare game articles for systems I don't collect for, just in case I ran across a game in the wild. Just that situation occurred yesterday when I was out yard sailing. A family was selling their son's XBox collection at the first yard sale I hit. I did a casual scan and was ready to move onto the next yard sale when I spotted a CIB Operation Genesis. I pulled the rare game sandwich maneuver to avoid any suspicion on why I singled out that game. I grabbed all three games for $6.
I saw his post that at toys r us, videogames are at 75% off now. So, obviously I went back for more weekend purchases.
Last week, when I went, I made a list of some games that seemed interesting. I memorized a few of them and when I went back today, they were gone!
I thought there would be still be enough God of War Origins and Jak and Daxter collections, but they were gone. The store was pretty messy, So hopefully there will still be some other games when I go back next weekend.
This is what I got from there:
PS3 Generator Rex Agent of Providence $2.50 PS3 Adventures of Tin Tin The Game $2.50 PS3 Epic Mickey 2 $5.00 (last copy there!)
Wii You Dont Know Jack $2.50 Wii Geon Cube $2.50 Wii Vertigo $2.50
These wii titles look like interesting puzzle games, I'll give them a shot.
DS N+ $2.50 DS Johnny Bravo (will not attempt the rest of the title) $2.50 DS Batman The Brave And The Bold The Videogame $3.74 DS Mystery Case Files Millionheir $2.50 DS Stitch Jam $2.50 DS Johnny Test $2.50
Stitch Jam Seems to be a rhythm game. I dont see any reviews for this, but it looks simple enough.
Johnny test new in box has a weird cost on amazon. I'm not sure if its rare, or the vendors are manipulating stock.
what do you guys think?

Sure seems like now they've completely forgotten him and so many other great characters(man the 90's up to the end of Saples as CEO were great years there). I need to grab epic mickey 2 though(I have 1 and the castle of illusion but not 2 ha ha). Nice finds either way

Picked up another functioning Hitachi CMP307XE, that just needs new fans. My last one died on me and this one popped up randomly on Craigslist. So three legendary 4:3 plasmas for me in so many years. Granted the first one died and the second one was sold to a fellow retrogamer.
It may not be the best tv, since it has trouble showing deep black, but it is awesome for MAME. You may remember it from the picture I uploaded of it when I first got one:
Though this one came with a wall mount that angles outward. I may keep it, but anyone in the Nashville, Atlanta, or Jacksonville, area looking I would be open to a trade.

Now I needs to find me some software. I was kind of hoping the thrift store I found it at would produce something (anything) at some point, but so far no luck. That'll probably be something I have to resort to the internet for.
Besides Parsec, look for Blasto. Based on a very old Arcade cabinet game and exclusive home release only on the TI-99.
