I'm getting thru my gamestop by next friday.
Guilty gear xx complete
Samurai showdown complete
King of fighters disc only
Metal slug complete
Snk arcade complete
Sucks about disc only for kof but id figure I get the game now before its too late. Trying to get games I know I'm going to enjoy. I wish i had the patience for rpgs. The wii has such a great library. Had the chance to pick up shirin the wanderer, but I know ill never play it.

Tesco in Ireland got Xtravision's bankruptcy stock whilst also jettisoning their own stuff to focus on just selling the CoDs, Fifas and GTAs. Cue the surreal scene of folk buying 5+ copies of Metroid Prime Trilogy for €5 and flipping'em for near 20 times the price. More bargains had depending on how understaffed or size of store, with tales of €30 3DSes and cheapie collector's editions aplenty. It's in all the larger one, even the Metros that don't normally sell games have the odd clearance basket like my local.

Most of their gaming stuff has been going for €3 or €5 depending on outlet and platform. I nipped Rhythm Paradise, Punch-Out and Animal Crossing; all games I'd been keeping an eye on for a while, so that's nice.

It seems to be winding down, but there are still stories of folks getting A+ games for dirt-cheap.

Limited relevance given this is generally a US site, but leave it here just in case.

Dotted throughout here and the rest of the site if anyone's interested:

Nintendo gave me 6200 points because of a screw up that they did on my wii transfers. So now i was going to get back mega man 9,10, contra on wiiware, castlevania on wiiware, blaster master, and rondo of blood for tg16, but now I don't have a clue what to get. So many great games on vc and wii ware.

I would like to recommend Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Dark Lord. It is pure fun and charm.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Has anyone been playing the wii on a regular basis still or is everyone just collecting games lol? Been trying to play 3ds today but im just going back to the wii. I am going to use my points tomorrow to get Kirby return to dreamland which will cost me like 20.00 if done right. Beaten the game but my kids did ask if I can get it so we can play multiplayer so now I got to get it.

I'm kinda playing Metroid: Other M but I've gotten a bit burnt out on gaming right now, so I'm taking more of an interest in my other hobbies. I'll get back to it soon enough though.

So I'm not the only one :) Good I was just going to stick with 3ds for the summer but hell with that. Rather would be lifting, going back to kempo and just enjoying the weather and swimming. It happened to me last year being burned out on video games, but this year im not selling anything just buying a game here or there mainly on wii ware or virtual console and just collect for the fall and winter. If anyone here lives in the new England area it sucks during the late fall/winter and even halfway thru the spring.

Definitely not, it's gonna be a gorgeous summer and I don't intend on wasting the entire thing in front of a tv/computer. I've been doing some lifting myself, as well as mountain-biking and painting. Balance is the key to any hobby!

At the moment, I am only playing exceptionally difficult and frustrating PS1 games, but I will get back to the Wii in the fall.
