I'd watch this for laughs, but it's got Fish in it.
An unknown Japanese developer asked the panel, which included Fish and Braid creator Jonathan Blow, what they thought of modern Japanese video games.
Fish replied: "Your games just suck."
Following the Q&A, Fish took to his Twitter page to follow-up on his comments.
"At tonight's IGTM Q&A, some Japanese guy asked us what we thought of modern Japanese games, and I said I thought they sucked," he wrote. "I'm sorry Japanese guy! I was a bit rough, but your country's games are f*** terrible nowadays."

It de-emphasizes the value of big budget games and over inflates the importance of indie games, but it shows a lot of great screenshots from some of the great indies out there.
This just reminded me how much I want to play Owlboy.
I would play Fez if you want to play Fez, but that's just me.
I saw the documentary and liked it. Fish was obviously put far too much pressure on himself and I think the project itself just made him crack. He very well might've been a douche before that, but seeing the movie I can't help but think that making the game was the catalyst for his behavior, if not the sole reason.
I don't know if this was on purpose or a happy accident but it was interesting how Fish dealt with all of it compared to the guys that made Super Meat Boy. Those guys obviously had each other, one guy had a supportive wife, and the other at least had a supportive family even though he appeared to be single.
Fish didn't seem like he had any type of support system and I think that was a huge reason he kind of went nuts. He lost his girlfriend during the process, it didn't seem like his family had any interest in what he was doing from what the film showed, and he was battling it out legally the whole time just to show the game off. Other than a programming helper who seemed like a drone without much emotional investment in the project Fish pretty much was alone in making his dream a reality. I'd wager that's one of the most difficult things a person can go through and it takes balls to see it to the end, so I'm not gonna rip on the guy. Some people can handle it, some can't. Most of us just never find out one way or the other.
