Just re-realized how old the green lantern movie is, previews of the animated series. I miss that show, it was actually decent before I lost track of it like everything else(including a few other superhero cartoons, man I miss the story-driven ones from the '90s up until a few years ago....a lot better than TTG in every way...)

I love all opportunities to celebrate with family and friends. Birthday parties are a great way for those who love ya to tell you how much they love ya. And don't let the following quote diminish any of that, as that is far from my intention. The intention of the quote is only for funsies and self reflection.

"Age.

Age is not a particularly interesting subject. Anyone can get old. All you have to do is live long enough." -Julius Marx

Some people associate age with milestones and benchmarks. Don't let that mindset bog you down and set your own goals regardless of your age.

So there.

Some people are going to be up to their eyeballs in bullshit mortgage for years. Even the 10 year reserves have been depleted by now.

I think age is associated with benchmarks and milestones. Age reflects how much time in life you have, and the quality of live you can live. I am 30 by now, you can't tell me I still can be a professional soccer player. People who are 65 are probably too old start a business and still have time to enjoy the wealth they will reap from it.

There are other stuff that doesn't matter like picking up a hobby or visiting places or reading a book or writing one.

Age can get you locked up and branded as a sex offender for stat rape, so there's that.

Obviously you guys aren't picking up what I'm putting down.

Have a "says who?" attitude. There are plenty of athletes in their 40's. There are plenty of people in their 50's who are just starting college. Billionaires who are in their 20's.

Be the exception, not the standard.

You can be a golfer in your 40's , not a soccer player. I see what you mean, but you have to see what I mean too. Age does have restriction, not always, but it exists. Its not "just a number" .

Pele in his 60s could beat most players in their 20s.
