That was my reaction to that movie as well.

Keep going with Zelda. I think you will feel super smug and satisfied when you do complete it.

Well that wasn't a reaction to the movie I was just worn out, I worked last night and mowed this morning, I was battling my eyes before I even started the movie. It's actually pretty good despite all the naysaying

Oh I have, and it is shit.

In any case, a game in the 70s on a aggregate site isn't very good when almost every moderately competent game gets an 8 or 9 in most review scores anymore. I'm pretty firm in that Other M is the worst of the Metroid games (having played all of them) and while it is a well-made Wii game in many respects, it isn't a good Metroid game.

You're such a Nintendo hater.

Here we go...

1. Metroid Prime
2. Super Metroid
3. Metroid: Zero Mission
4. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
5. Metroid
6. Metroid: Other M
7. Metroid Fusion
8. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
9. Metroid 2: Return of Samus

(I have not yet completed Metroid Prime Hunters or Metroid Prime Pinball.) As you can see, Metroid: Other M is a thoroughly average Metroid game.

METROID PRIME OVER SUPER METROID?! Ok whatever
I mean, yeah, is Prime really that good? I winced at the idea of Metroid ever being a first person game when it was first announced. That really eliminates a lot of the cool exploration and stuff you can normally do in 2D.

One thing I do find neat about Prime; its connectivity with Metroid Fusion using the GC-GBA cable to unlock features.

Metroid Prime is as good a realisation of a 2D game in 3D as Super Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time for my money.

So it might be worth my time eventually? I saw it on Game Sack and a few other places. I just found out about the connectivity with Fusion and I have one of those GC-GBA cables, now I just need to get both of them
