Though the fidelity is still around Ninja Gaiden 2. It really feels like this was started on 360 and they're using old assets to get the game done. It kind of sounds like the rug got pulled out from under them when THQ crashed and the only company to pick up the game was Nintendo.
I believe they had to migrate engines which probably set them back alot. As a start up studio it will probably help to have a big partner like Nintendo overseeing your project. Hoping for the best!
Also, alot of the online features sound cool. Design your own maps/fortresses? Hell yes! Chicken mode!? WTF....but hell yes!
Alright, I have to ask... can anyone imagine playing an action/combo intensive kind of game on the Gamepad? Bayonetta 2 for instance. I love the Gamepad, but I can't see it working well with action games like that. But hopefully they support the Pro controller.

I can imagine it, but I definitely go pro controller for high intensity games. Even Mario Kart is pro controller 90% of the time for me.

What about used ones? I mean honestly I'd rather have a new one but I think I might go used when it comes down to it when I get mine...

haha. it's ok mate. I can wait a year. I need to be able to afford 4 pro controllers and 3 games too (Mario Kart 8, Smash Brus and Super Mario 3D world are must own games for me to play with friends. And let's not forget all the single player games that I REALLY want )

Well I wouldn't buy all the pro controllers all at once, I would make that a separate months purchase. Though honestly for the specs I really do think the wii u is overpriced, but I can't really debate it because I really want one....

If I was buying processors and RAMs I would care, but the real value of a console is its perceived value. That's why the PS2 was more expensive than the Xbox and Gamecube in the last years of that generation, since it had all the games everyone wanted to play.
