I see, what other programs are used for motion graphics? I know there's Apple's Motion, but anything else?

jesus dude that is a ridiculous setup! slap an nvidia 8800gt in there and you will be good to go. That ati card is going to be your bottleneck.

Run bootcamp! dont run parallels or vm fusion for gaming!
