3rd party maracas?
3rd party maracas?
I just got sniped in an ebay auction for a couple of sets of official Sega maracas for Samba de Amigo on the Dreamcast. 3rd party ones are cheaper, but I'm not sure how good they are. Does anyone here have experience using 3rd party maracas, as well as the official ones? Are the 3rd party maracas just as good or should I bite the bullet and pay more for the real thing? I'm looking at the Cha Cha Amigo maracas by Lik Sang. Thanks for any help!

I've been wondering the same thing. But also, is Samba on the Dreamcast really worth the price? I'm in the market for a good party game to help introduce this girl to the wonderful world of Dreamcast and thought this might really be a good one, seeing as she likes Guitar Hero. I already have ChuChu Rocket, PowerStone 2, and a couple others.

Don't waste your time trying to impress a girl with video gamesequalsign wrote:I've been wondering the same thing. But also, is Samba on the Dreamcast really worth the price? I would avoid the 3rd party maracas. Mine lasted 5 sessions, then I bought the real deal and haven't had any problems.
