Wii-U thoughts so far
Re: Wii-U thoughts so far
...and that's why Nintendo not doing a traditional press conference isn't that big of a deal.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Hmm, didn't see it in the direct feed. Looking forward to seeing what he's got to show though.FerretGamer wrote:Star Fox is there. Miyamoto will be showing off the prototypes later today as he is overseeing the project. It's definitely a real and full release in 2015.

What did you think the blurred screen was in front of him at the end?Exhuminator wrote:Hmm, didn't see it in the direct feed. He seems to have been tasked with making stuff that pushes the Gamepad. Those projects are apparently on the show floor, so sites have info and impressions, despite the games not being in the full presentation.Exhuminator wrote:Hmm, didn't see it in the direct feed. $20. Surprised. A bit nervous too - i'd feel better at $40, might be really chincy plastic and connector cable. If it's quality and $20, that's a home run.

Nintendo's build quality has never been an issue for me. I think that they are either pricing it at just the break even point or they're willing to take a small loss to broaden their software's appeal.
Exciting thought: I still have the Hori Gamecube fight stick that Noise sold me years ago...
