Grim Fandango HD
So... something I never thought would happen, happened today. And now they can finally fix those janky controls!

Re: Grim Fndango HD
I wonder if this means I should sell one of my two copies of the original Grim Fandango, as this may drive the price down...

I'm surprised people didn't boo when it was announced as an exclusive title, I'm sure at least some had it in mind.
It's a shame really, because I don't really plan to own either of those two consoles but Grim Fandango is great. Sigh

Why would they boo about it being a Sony exclusive at a Sony press conference?General_Norris wrote:I'm surprised people didn't boo when it was announced as an exclusive title, I'm sure at least some had it in mind.

Re: Grim Fndango HD
One of the more exciting things to happen so far in my book. LucasArts wanted nothing to do with the games of old and had no interest in reviving any of the old stuff. I am surprised that Disney made the decision to work with Tim to be able to make this a reality and get it going. So happy that a younger generation will get to experience such a masterpiece.

Rumor is that the day it was announced that Disney was buying Lucasfilm, Tim got on the horn with Disney to get the rights to the SCUMM library.

I would believe it, since LucasArts was a complete and utter douche about it. I would jump for joy when all the stuff got passed over to Disney as they seem to be very liberal with their stuff now a days, what with Epic Mickey, Kingdom Hearts and all that jazz.fastbilly1 wrote:Rumor is that the day it was announced that Disney was buying Lucasfilm, Tim got on the horn with Disney to get the rights to the SCUMM library.
