I picked up a gamestop wireless ps2 controller a while back. It felt a little clunky when playing shooters, but i thought that perhaps i was just used to the smooth cod4.
I picked up gitaroo man today at gamestop and found that it was not that i was used to cod4, but that the analog was awful. When you see it in motion in game in gitaroo, all it does is jump around in 8 different directions. No in between at all. It made that game impossible and shooters a pain in the ass.
So my question is this: Do you guys have any wireless ps2 controllers? How are they? Because what i have is shit.
wireless ps2 controller?
Re: wireless ps2 controller?
I have two logitech wireless PS2 and Xbox controllers. I like them way better than my wired dualshocks. They may run a little more than most controllers, but worth the price.

As a general rule to anyone that stumbles on this thread and doesn't already know- avoid gamestop's gear. This is the second out of two items that i've gotten from them that don't work quite right. Both with major flaws. The other item was an RF input for 5 consoles that had auto switching. Not only did it NOT always auto switch- it seemed to power on my gamecube every time. Weird.
anyway- they are both trash.
Re: wireless ps2 controller?
Logitech for the win. I have Logitech controllers for my PS2, PS3 and PC, and none of them have come up short of the fun times ever. In fact, the Logitech wireless controllers seem to be much cheaper than the official controllers, the batteries last for freakin ever, and the d-pad is much better. Win freakin' win, baby.
